Here's the real deal. Compare the R in Caesar, and the details on yours... Looks like a cast of original tho.

The price should be the first clue. If this were real, the nice centering, the full elephant, the clear pontifical implements, and the clear "Caesar" would easily make this a 400-500 dollar coin if not more. Usually if a coin is too cheap there is a reason.
