Thanks for the compliments, I'll try contacting Fred Weinberg and see if he knows of a more off-centered example. So far this is looking like the most off center though.

Fred Weinberg hasn't replied yet, but Sullivan told me he handled a couple of 50% off center examples in the past. Those might be the same two 50% off center examples in the Heritage records, no way of knowing though.
