Don't know about the DDO or the price but it looks like your coin was in circulation or somebody wiped the heck out of it?

There is a 1992-S DDO but this is not it.

Your coin does not have the notching, separation lines, or extra thickness the real DDO is.

Thank you everyone new to this still learning got a bunch of coins from my grandma and they were all up in her attic caught my son with this one had fingerprints so I did wipe it appreciate the honest opinions

Yeah, don't do that, it really de-values a coins worth. Best thing you can do is soak in 100% Acetone (Do not use finger nail polish remover) - usually if newer fingerprint the acetone will take it off and rinse with distilled water. And never wipe a proof coin, the surfaces are so mirrored they scratch easily!!
