Hi All,
My amazing parents (later 70's) said, "we know you like looking at coins..we have a couple of older ones you can look up" They sent me pics of a few that looked pretty good. What do you all think of this one? Its been in my dads dresser for at least 40 years..as I can remember. Looks a bit dusty..lol

Looks to be VG or maybe F - scarcer date, but not a lottery winner in this grade.

This is probably the first light this coin has seen in 40+ years, do you think a tiny dip in acetone would help?

VG-10. A dip in 100% acetone may help. Don't try to clean or dip it in anything except 100% acetone. Collectors will pay more for coins with original surfaces rather than "shiny" cleaned coins. 100% acetone won't harm the coin, however, so it's safe to use.
