Does this look normal? Top pic circled and bottom shows just pic. Something extra kind of reminds me of the 1992 Lincoln with the "doubled eyelid" if you will.

Is there much "orange peel" on the surface either side?

I'm thinking blister or die chip.
Can it be pressed in with a tooth pick?
