I'm thinking that it's most likely 1MM-007, since the split serif is less pronounced on your coin. Check for die markers on your coin, to see if it matches 1MM-007.

The die markers it match in both case..lol..si I don't know which is a right one

For 1MM-012, there were no particular die markers found on the reverse, so if you have matching die markers on both sides, then it would most likely be 1MM-007. Another thing to check, is mint mark positionings.
