Need Help With The Prefix - Coin Community Forum

auntmeme83 New Member United States 30 Posts	Posted 09/27/2018 12:34 am A friend gave this to me a couple of weeks ago and I cant find anything on the prefix. It's a $2.00 bill year 1986 Ottawa.
