Bought a cigar box full of world coins, received it yesterday: Not gone through it all yet, but there is coins from 50+ different countries, many that I didn't have represented in my collection before. A few older coins as well: - My now oldest farthing (1831) - My now oldest British penny (1861) - My now oldest Norwegian 1 øre (1910) A couple of major upgrades on my British pennies from 1896 and 1928 too, and my first Liberty nickel (1905) ever, as well as a 1957 D Wheat cent in excellent condition. I love going through piles of coins like that :)

There might be some really interesting varieties in there. Did you check for doubled dies and such?

Why are there 2 lists of "post your recent purchases" on this forum?

The other one is for (Classic) US coins only, this one is for anything from anywhere.

another ebay purchase: Made a Trade for this coin: Under normal lighting. it is very dark and can't see any details. Using better lighting and tilting the coin. This is now the oldest US coin in my collection. Under good lighting this detail coin is beautiful.
