T-BOP Rest in Peace United States 18456 Posts	Posted 10/31/2015 4:28 pm Maybe I'm being too critical on this proof half ? ; What is that on obverse above R in liberty ? and on reverse below the F in half ,lower part of O in dollar , and the R in dollar ? also I'm just not seeing much if any CAMEO on this proof half. sorry but there's one more thing; shouldn't a PF-66 Franklin have at least some bell lines ?
