Yes. The last ATB Quarter and the one with a design (Crossing the Delaware) that was legislated to be created if the ATB series did not get approved by the Treasury for "Round Two." Legislation has since been created for a new series that makes the new CTD quarter design a one year issue.

Received these yesterday in the mail. A nice add to my 19th century crowns, a couple of 1786 coins (I was born in 1986) and some German notgeld porcelain.
