Geez... wow, oh man - anything up under the fingernail hurts like crap - even more than when I shoved my drywall saw up into the palm of my hand (which resulted in an Emergency Room visit..)

Nice '96 ASE, the key date of the (regular strike) series.

Quote: Awesome additions Dearborn! Where did you get the both of those? Thanks E&V - I'm assuming that you are asking about the Innovations - I preordered them from a seller on ebay. I didn't nor want to buy the entire rolls of P and D sets just to fill the holes in my album. The seller has been real good at getting each one mailed as the rolls were released from the mint.

Quote:Nice '96 ASE, the key date of the (regular strike) series. key date? I didn't think that the bullion strike had a key, just the uncirculated - I may have to check on the mintage of each again now and make sure my spread sheets are correct. But thanks for the comments.

Only 3.6 million were made, the lowest mintage in the series... many of the other mid 90s ASEs have similar low mintages.

Thanks, jbuck. I bought this one for my son-in-law. After high school he spent six years in the Marine Corps.
