Seeing how they are military related I wanted them and started buying them up all business strike medals struck on copper-nickel planchets. Then after a bit I noticed they are all date 1991 and formed a series. So after a bunch of searching I found that Dansco made (from what I could find out) a limited set of Desert Storm albums for these coins. They are also minted in Silver proof coins too and plan on getting them after I get all 45 of these cupro/nickel ones (I have 17 of them so far.) I'm working on the medal images and may take a bit of time, but here is the album and the coins I already have in it: Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget.
