Another upgrade to my classic commemorative set, a 1946 BTW graded PCGS MS67+ with a CAC sticker. PCGS pop is 42 in 67+ with 4 higher. This is one of those "love it or hate it" coins with heavy toning. I like attractively toned coins, but the vast majority of the ones I buy have fairly light toning. I do have a few exceptions (including the proof Morgan in my avatar) where I found the color and eye-appeal overrode my general dislike of heavy toning. It's not for everyone, but I like it! In hand, the color variations are even a bit more dramatic; they appear a bit more subdued in my pic, particularly on the obverse.
