The only three number worth keeping are repeaters or radar.
Anything else is just one of hundreds of three number combinations available.

JimmyD is correct. There may be the occasional radar or repeater in a high grade that might be worth holding on to, depending on the denomination, but these are few and far between. For serial number collectors, these are generally the bottom of the barrel.
