Hello again everyone! Haven't been on in a while except a couple mins here and there to kill some time. Been busy at work but had a chance to look throw a box I've had for a month or so and came across what I believe to be the DD0-002 on Wexlers. If it is it's a very late die state and really worn from circulation. The doubling looks correct for it but there aren't any die markers that I could find and on the late stages there were only like three very minor ones listed. You can see some die flow lines on it and other signs poining to very late die state plus the fact it's been in circulation for almost 50 years. Figured I'd post some pics and see what everyone thinks. We and Trust are the strongest signs of doubling. Even being worn as it is you can still tell the letters are a little fatter than normal and all this is what leads me to believe it's the real deal. As always thanks in advance for the opinions.
Thanks E.V. I was hoping so. Too bad it's so worn but for 50 years old I guess you can't complain. My first "best of variety" that wasn't a shield so this one has that little extra meaning. Only took about a year lol
