I Am Hoping I Found A Doubled Die..not A Key Year,1964 Proof Cent

In my learning journey of coins..I have found so many doubled dies, Cuds , I even found the copper 1943 (may be the wrong year..but its a joke anyway) I have found NOTHING..except a passion for coins:) OK.. If its Machine Doubling..Ill need to revamp my visual que for doubled dies. And trust me..Ive looked at all the info on line ..the books..pictures. Sometimes someone says one thing..like a marker ..and it sticks. I will get it one day, Its so difficult to see now. So I thank you for your help!
