1972 P Dime. What Happened?

The obverse of this dime seems to have double lettering while reverse side only has a dot in the center. If anyone can help with the term of these errors it would be much appreciated. Any guesstimate of value would be amazing. Thank you all!

Reverse is PSD. Obverse looks like VLDS. Value 10 cents if you roll it with other dimes.

It's heavily damaged Dime. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD), and it's only worth 10 Cents.
