I am buying a book soon about errors but was doing a lot of research into this coin I thought maybe machine douling but I can never tell but there is no doubling on the front but theres double on the United States of America on the reverse can anyone identify this please thanks.

Your right about it being Machine Doubling, and MD doesn't always occur on both sides of a coin. Keep looking though!
