Correction: I've detected a mistake in the standing published after round 1, docsfishn should have 9 not 8 pts. (8 for the guess + 1 for the win). I've noticed a substantial decrease in interest after the first day, that's why I've maintained the 2-day-guessing. However, your suggestions are welcome. So, give it three (more?) days then? I don't mind as it's impossible to find good auctions ending every 2 days here. Is it all right with everyone? (yes, opinions needed ) Round three will appear soon as some non-junk auctions have ended today. |

Round Three begins now and ends at 13:05 Forum time (19:05 Polish time) on the 27th (Sunday). In other words, in response to the suggestion above, we will hold 3-day rounds from now . Please guess the price of the coin pictured below. It was described as follows: "USA, federation, 1 dollar 1878 CC, VERY RARE. Silver 900, weight 26.73 g (weight according to the catalog, the real weight might be different). Condition III. You'll get the coin pictured below". Some explanation. The statement "Condition III" is an excessively used term to describe a coin ranging from VG to XF.  Other rules remain unchanged.
