I was wondering if anyone had Basso's book on Philippine Coins, tokens and medals - and if you would be willing to help me attribute this coin? I have searched and searched, but can not find any information on it. The reverse is the incuse of the obverse. It looks fairly rare and was thinking of sending it off to PCGS? The token is similar in type to the Bodine Brothers 1856 US token.

I would greatly appreciate any help or knowledge anyone might have.

Thank you kindly.

I have looked through both editions of the Basso book and did not come across the token (not coin) you've shown in any of the token sections.

Thank you Commems. I really appreciate your taking the time to look. I found out PCGS will only attribute tokens from the Philippines that are listed in Basso's book. Still trying to find out more about this token. I've had it for about 5 years and have not been able to find another one like it anywhere (Ebay, Heritage, Stacks, or any Forum). It is extremely light, it weighs approx 2.0 grams and is approx 30mm in diameter. Very similar to an 1856 Bodine & Bros Token I had a while back, where the reverse is the incuse of the obverse.

If anyone has any info on this token, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks again!
