Zinc zit,, caused by split plating, causes zinc to rot forming plating bubbles/blisters

Perhaps it is in the North East quadrant but down on the Southwest and Southeast side I don't think so. I'll try to pop them but if they don't pop then what? Here are a couple more pictures from different angles.
