German 1912 2 Pfennig With No Mint Mark

I have three 1912 German 2 Pfennig coins 2 of them have A's for mint marks but the third one doesn't have any mint mark. Is this common? It doesn't look like it wore off!

you sure thats a German coin?
its not matching anything I see from germany in that year
