WELCOME to the forum. Dryer Coins are not errors. They are damaged. Unfortunately, This coin is only worth the one cent that is struck on it. Dryer Coins are coins that come out of clothing in the clothes dryer as it is running. The coins get caught back where the drum spins and that is why the edge looks pushed over.
