Hi everyone. I came across this uniface coin. It looks silver, 19mm diameter, and weighs 5.1 grams. I'm not sure if this is Chinese, Roman or Indian. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The coin has a general appearance of being genuine, but at 5.1 grams it is half the weight of a genuine example. Also other than the incursions on the reverse there looks like some type a mark at the bottom.
