I'm pretty sure it is cast and not a coin. Beyond that...

It does not appear to be a genuine coin and isn't ancient or medieval. Most likely a modern token.

I'm going to move this over to the unidentified coin section.

It's a fantasy piece, although to what I am not sure. The inscription isn't a real language, and the woman on the front is an elf princess.

I can't speak to the origin of this piece, except to say that, if the portrait is supposed to be elvish, then it's not a Tolkien elf, because the language isn't written using any of the Tolkien-elvish scripts.
