I tried to get the best photos, but it should be seen above the 2nd 0 very good, at what looks to be an upside down 1 or... also you can see what looks to be a number joined with the 4..

In what year did they stop over dates? That's your answer to a possible over date.

All I see are some small zinc plating bubbles. no overdate.

Can't say for sure. I don't believe they have made a deliberate overdate since the mid 19th century. After about 1996 the working dies were single squeeze but I don't know if working hubs were or not. But if you overdated a working hub there would be a LOT of overdated working dies and a huge number of overdated coins. I'm sure it would have been noticed immediately.
