Anyone Have Any Knowledge About The National Historic Coin Center? Encased Morgan (1881-S)

eatingtheentirep New Member United States 0 Posts	Posted 10/18/2018 7:01 pm I have a Morgan (1881-s) its BU and encased. The Certification of Authenticity is from the National Historic Coin Center. Anyone know what this entity is? I know a bit about the various organizations, but this one I've never heard of until I acquired this coin. Robert Wilson signed the COA on behalf of the org.
