For years, I've been saying it is Artificial Intelligence that recognizes keywords, and you're talking to a machine. I've used it often, and there is do doubt in my mind that it is a machine. Way too pauses while it searches its data banks forsomething that matches, and entirely too many requests for information like "what is the auction number?" when the information is already on the screen, but not where it's expecting to look for it.
