Nifty, where did you pick that up?
These are second restrike cents made with transfer copy dies, i.e. dies recreated from the original defaced dies, that is why it looks "damaged". About 20,000 coppers were minted in the 60s for the 100th anniversary. However, souvenir examples exist and were struck with new undamaged dies and an 1862 date. The design on those examples is not quite faithful to the original and they look a bit "tokeny" IMO.
