You have Machine Doubling and Master Die Doubling. The target areas for Master Die Doubling is the "U" in TRUST, "D" in "GOD", "N" of "IN", and the "B" in "LIBERTY. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you'll see the Master Die Doubling example. http://doubleddie.com/384301.html

Wow, that was hammered.from the pic the shelving looks M. D. you need split serifs and uniform doubling/spread for a real dd.(my opinion).As such possibly a class 4 or 6 .reference #127826; pickers guide.
