1969 S Lincoln. Need Help Identifying A Few Things.

Here's what I think I'm seeing:
DDO in TRUST. At first I thought it was MD, but I don't see doubling anywhere else.
A few things on the reverse:
MAD
Die cracks (these are more pronounced looking through the loupe). 1 going south from the 1st S in STATES down to the rooftop corner. The other going south from the 1st A in AMERICA down to the opposite rooftop corner.
There is a die chip under the U in Unum. There is also a raised remnant of something to the right of UNUM. It almost looks circular.
Could this be a die clash in the top of the REV? There is a curved shape of a coin. At first I thought is was discoloration, but it almost looks like words in the field above E PLURIBUS UNUM.
