Been looking for this one for a long time. Doubling is so minor that I just search for the die markers, of which there are many. Found it in the one and only bank roll I had time to search today, so kinda lucky day.

There are over one dozen easily visible matching die markers in the photos. It is indisputably DDO-001.

You know more about this stuff than I do but,on your coin the 9's are not distorted and I see no notch on the lower left of the 1.

I realize the doubling is quite minor, and this may really be a master die doubling, but there are few coins with so many matching die markers available that I can't see even the slightest disagreement on this one.

Those pics do not look like CCs' DDO-001 http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/dies...ie_state=mds
On CCs' see how the 9's are distorted and the notch on the lower left of 1?
All the die scratches do match up on your coin and the coin pics in your last post?

It's a minor one but it does match DDO-001. Cool find.

He would have labeled it 1DO-001 if he was referring to CCs. This is VVs DDO-001.

It would be GREAT if VV used a VV in front of all of their numbers like 1989 1c VVDDO-001 in this case. Wexler puts a W in their numbers,1989 1c WDDO-001.

Look like a certain match, and a very nice find! I would've glossed right over that one, admittedly!
