There's definitely dirt on it but also tone.

I would hazard to guess F15 at best a very low grade for a 1963.

Thanks guys, I was looking on Saskatoon Coin Club grading section and it comes up VF20 but with all that dirt I wasn't sure.

Try some acetone and see if the dirt comes away...could be low VF
