Thank you all for your input. I'm very realistic about some of the blemishes on this coin but I'm trying to get a handle on what types of imperfections might negatively impact an overall grade.

At least MS-65RD or better . The coin has a few light stain marks , IMHO this is keeping this coin from a super gem MS-68 or 69.
