Been Collecting For Awhile Now.

Hi there, I've been collecting coins, mostly from lots of other countries. I started collecting almost 50 years ago when my grandmother brought back coins for me from her trip to Europe. I now have coins from almost 50 countries, organized in binders by continents.

I worked in sales and banking my whole life so have had the opportunity to collect older US coins as well when people didn't realize what they had when paying for their purchase.

Right now I'm helping my brother, who buys lots of coins from estate sales, organize his coins and came here, and joined, to hopefully identify some coins in his collection that I haven't been able to yet.

I actually became aware of the coin community when searching for one of these coins that another user was also trying to figure out as well.

I'm looking forward to being s member here, I think it will be nice to talk with others about my collection questions.
