Hard to tell from these photos. Any chance of another set with better lighting. Hard to see what marks are on the surface from these.

It's definitely not a mint state coin. There is visible rim damage, wear on high points of the design and visible abrasions on both sides of the coin.

Looks better to me, but not MS. I'll say AU-58, probably cleaned.

AU53. since all the luster has been stripped off I'm going to say it was an old cleaning so a details designation would not surprise me
