I know my camera is junk and there is a listed DDO with eye but it looks like some kind of doubling started with this ear. The eye looks doubled.

I can see an over polished die issue on that area of the ear and eye. I don't think it's a DDO. http://www.error-ref.com/thinning-a...gn-elements/

E N V,is that where all the die marks come from? over polished?

Yep. They did it, to remove Die Clash marks. It also extends the life of the die a little bit longer.
