On the stalk looks like a die chip to me. I don't see a noticeable die crack.

Finally I got something close. This learning process is hard with old eyes. But the kids love it when they visit I think all grandmothers should do it. You and this website makes it possible. Thank you all so much

i see a die chip near the top of the wheat stalk but see no die crack
