I'm thinking Gwalior, but can't find a match for the "year" and mintmark. Why would they have coins with Arabic numerals on them? And could the mark that is slightly off the flan to the left of 3 be part of a numeral? Report this Post to the Staff

I looked up some sites and the obverse is almost an exact match of a Gwalior coin from 1865 on numismaster.com (I can't seem to link to the page, it only takes you to the homepage).
