That is a fancy serial number and a great find. It is a radar. Unfortunately, the condition is rather worn. Still a keeper.

A three digit Radar (reads the same from both ends).
Nice find. Too bad the condition really devaluates it.
But still a keeper if you don't have one.

Not sure why one would want to keep one in this condition. Value? Maybe $3-5 with no appreciation upside. But, hey it's only a buck.

For a buck, might as well keep it, but I can't see anyone giving you much of a premium for it in that condition.
