The coin has a denomination of 10 and has the dates 1975 - 1395.

Seeing as you can read the arabic dates, and you alreadybknow the diameter and weight you would have a very easy time finding these coins using Numista's advanced search. You simply put in as much info as you have, and you get all the coins that match.
For this coin you could put in the weight, diameter, year, Gregorian year, the text FAO, and a denomination of 10. You can put in less and then you will have more matches to look through (sometimes using too much data you can actually make it worse, but you should be able to figure that all out)
