I can't help with an exact ID, but it appears to be a Spanish cob 2 real, 1700's likely Bolivia.
- and no comment as to whether it is genuine, as these are highly counterfeited.

A replica "pirate coin", not genuine, sorry - you can see the word "COPY" stamped into it, second picture, upside-down, near the bottom.
