I just got this 2004 twenty dolllar bill with the wrong color it has some pink on it anyone know if this an error bill its top picture if so whats it and value called your replys will be appriciated

I have seen those reddish stains in the past. It could be part of the aftermath of a bank explosive dye pack. In the event of a robbery, the bank will hand the cash (and explosive dye pack) to the robber. When that thing goes off, it creates a mess hopefully marking the bad guy too.
