1997 Canadian 10 Cent Coin Proof Like

rocky Pillar of the Community Canada 2784 Posts	Posted 11/12/2018 8:13 pm this 1997 10 cent coin was in a proof like set. it just dont look proof like. it looks like it was struck with a specimen die. there is to much metal on the sails. the sail ropes are all in the wrong places. where is the water lines thoughts.
