I have a 1976d penny with a filled in mint mark and also not sure what else is going on with the date can someone help with this?

what would be the correct wording for filled in mint mart? would it be BIE error?

Not a BIE error.
A BIE is a die break between the B & E in LIBERTY that causes it to look like an "I".
