So my friend who got these bills http://goccf.com/t/332812 called me and said he wants $118 dollars for something good. I met up with him and asked him why he wants the money. Then he passed me an envelop and said "look what I got from another bank." I opened the envelop and oh my oh my:

Friend's-Luck-Strikes-Twice.

I offered him more money but he said he just want me to buy him lunch and dinner for the next week. Needless to say I agreed.

"look what I got from another bank" ? hahahaha are you sure your "friend" isn't a thief? did you ask him what bank, and then confirm with the bank? or do you just buy any bills someone claims "they got at a bank"?
I only ask this because I have been the victim of people stealing from me and doing the exact same thing that your "friend" has been doing!
