Satin Finish coins are not the same as a Mattte proof:
Seeing them side by side with the normal/proof examples will help us to determine the differences:

So these are struck with The three finishes. The Business strikes are normal examples, the Satin finish have a duller look to them and the Proofs are double struck coins.
