1994 D Washington Quarter DDO?

I found a 1994 D quarter that has an extra T in the first T in TRUST in "IN GOD WE TRUST" and an extra N in IN. Please help me identify this!

Looks like MD. Also there is no 1994 DDO's for P or D in Wexlers varieties, or in PCGS.

I have one like you have, there is a P stamped over aD and you can see that around the beak of the egal there is a break to where the metal did not get pressed down right. I had the coin looked over by a guy that owns a collectable shop,he told me that it's legit and that I need to hold on to it because there is none known of yet in this year's date. so your coin might just be legit also.

I found an interesting one myself today. I'm recording my examinations and listing my catalogs of finds on my website and am making inquires and doing research. It's how I came across this post.
