1877 Seated Liberty Dime, Graded MS-66 By NGC

BigSilver Pillar of the Community United States 2843 Posts	Posted 11/23/2018 1:03 pm This dime was graded MS66 by NGC. I thought it should be called PL. What do you all think? Also, is there a chance that it is an actual proof that was not attributed? Were the same dies used for the proofs and the circulation strikes, and if not where could I find diagnostics? I was focusing on letting the PL qualities show, and the pictures are not what they could be. This coin is super difficult to photograph. It is in a slightly scuffed slab, and sitting tilted in the holder. Between that and the reflective difficulty, this is a super difficult going to photograph. I plan on giving a second shot and I will post those pictures when they are ready. Report this Post to the Staff
