Is This A Well-Used Titus Sestertius?

I think you are right, it is Titus, but issued in Judea as part of the Capta series. More interesting in my opinion! Judaea, Titus. AD 79-81. Caesarea Maritima mint, AE20 // 6.9g (this weight from a variety with a slightly different legend) AYTOKΡ TITOC KAICAΡ, laureate head right IOYΔAIAC EAΛωKYIAC, Nike standing right, left foot on helmet, inscribing shield attached to a palm tree.
